3. Make the requests and take the actions to eliminate these items.

6. Understand that you are "stunting" your personal growth by tolerating things!
7. Be willing and committed to being Toleration-Free.
8. Stop complaining: instead, make a strong request.
9. Invest $1000 to handle the tasks/chores that pain you.
10. Do steps 1 to 9 above, again...and again...if necessary.

JUST BEGIN IT !! THE LIGHTNESS AND FREEDOM WILL TAKE OVER.
