Hi! My name is Joy, a mother of 5 and grandmother of 3, and I am living my passion...
After decades of just dreaming about it, I am now travelling around Australia in a motorhome - meeting amazing people, having awesome adventures and inspiring people along the way!
For many years I have also been a Registered Nurse, Qualified Life Coach, helping people to choose their lives and live their passions. I coach by phone, by email and by Live Chat (Skype)
I can help you take action on the things you really want to do, and become the 'you' that you really deserve to be. The 'you' that is inside you just bursting to get out.
I specialise in coaching 'empty nesters' and women, and I also have a particular committment to helping people with grief and trauma.
I will coach people in transition who want more of the good stuff in life, people willing to explore possibilities.
I have also coached business owners and anyone wanting to just clean the spare room or a major career / life change.

- FRUSTRATIONS - delete ONE frustration in your life today. It might be the left-over washing machine pwder around the lip of the powder-holder, or it might be a nosy neighbour that needs to be reminded of boundaries. Whether small or large, find ONE frustration and eliminate it!
- 10 THINGS - Write down 10 things you have been putting off, be they small or scarily big! No need to take action on any of them today - just get them down in writing
- DE-CLUTTER! Anything...whether it be one draw or one room - creating physical space makes you feel light and free, try it!
